Willowbank is suitable for the less able also we are available most of the time should you require any assistance or advice. The garden is ramped and easy to wander around or just sit.

LOUNGE/ DINING ROOM Double aspect windows
with 2 and 3 seater leather settees. TV, DVD, Video,

games, pre recorded videos and DVD’s. Point for your
laptop to our Broadband connection. Full size oak
dining table with four chairs.
BATHROOM Newly and luxuriously fitted with walk in
electric shower in cubicle, WC, hand basin and bath,

MASTER BEDROOM Kingsize bed with draped
curtains. Freeview TV system with DVD, hairdryer,
radio alarm and electric blanket.
TWIN BEDROOM Two full sized single beds, Freeview
TV with Video, radio alarm, hairdryer.
You will find lots of extras on your arrival including
enough food for your first breakfast, tea, coffee,
margarine, milk, bread etc and starter pack of
dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, shampoo, loo rolls
etc. Garden produce in season.
GARDEN Use of over an acre of landscaped gardens with stream, ponds with waterfall and fountain (with fish, newts, dragonflies, frogs etc.), bluebell wood, rose gardens, rock gardens, lavender garden with fountain. Also an all weather summer house with BBQ charcoal and outside utensils and eating implements included provided.
It is centrally heated and provided with bedlinen, towels, tea towels, and gas fire at no additional cost. Private parking adjacent for 2 cars, use of over 1 acre of grounds. It is situated in a pretty Peak District village approx. 3 miles from the historic market town of Ashbourne and 2 miles from the walking, water sports and cycling centre at Carsington Water.
